Today it is Maurice Doyard's grandson, Philippe Doyard, who, together with his eldest daughter, Carole, continues the proud family traditions and produces the beautiful Doyard-Mahé champagnes with the same passion as Maurice Doyard did four generations ago.

Doyard-Mahé owns 6 hectares from which approximately 50,000 bottles of Champagne are produced. The work on the vineyard is carried out as sustainably as possible and, as far as possible, all pesticide use is avoided.
