Bruuns Chokolade was founded in Sorø in 2019 by Magnus Bruun. Even as a young man, he had a great passion for chocolate and the classic art of pastry making.

With training as a pastry chef and experience from the time-honored Conditori La Glace in Copenhagen, Magnus Bruun has created his own chocolate universe. Here, high-quality ingredients, creativity, and classic flavor experiences come together.
