Légendaire is composed of some of the oldest and most precious eaux-de-vie from Ferrand’s Paradis – casks that are only opened when the contents have reached absolute perfection. After decades of aging in old oak barrels, the oldest cognacs are brought together in a special “zebra” wood barrel where they are allowed to fuse and achieve extraordinary complexity and harmony.

Each bottle is encased in a handmade crystal decanter, emphasizing the house’s dedication to the finest craftsmanship. This is not just a cognac – it is a masterpiece and a piece of liquid history.

Tasting notes

Nose: Intense rancio notes with dark chocolate and dried prunes, followed by sandalwood, tobacco and nutmeg. Layers of roasted coffee beans and butterscotch develop elegantly in the glass, revealing deep spicy and fruity nuances.

Palate: Complex and silky with warm spices like clove and cardamom, balanced by caramelized almonds and honey. Dried fruit, vanilla and a hint of citrus provide a perfect balance between sweetness and spicy depth.
