The whisky is a carefully crafted blend of Irish Malt Whisky and Irish Grain Whisky, aged for 5 years in selected Bourbon casks before finishing in the finest Oloroso sherry casks. The combination provides a nice balance of vanilla sweetness, fruity notes and a subtle spicy depth.

Five years of maturation creates a round and harmonious style, with the bourbon casks adding soft caramel and vanilla, while the Oloroso casks contribute nutty nuances and a hint of dried fruit. The result is a versatile Irish whiskey with both freshness and complexity – a great choice for both new and experienced whiskey drinkers.
