Tasting notes

The nose opens with soft sherry sweetness, figs and raisins. On the palate, the depth really comes through with notes of caramel and vanilla. There are also fine nuances of nutmeg and oak. The mouth experiences a silky smooth structure with light tannins, which gives a nice and rounded finish.
