In 2007, Frank Ward, a member of the family that owned Mount Gay Distillery for over 100 years, began producing Mount Gilboa, triple-distilling it in McMillan pot stills and aging it in ex-bourbon barrels. We bought these barrels after the distillery was sold by the Ward family in 2014. This edition is the result of the last 2009´ 18 barrels bottling.
