Bimber Sherry Single Cask #41 Single Malt London Whisky 57,9% 2020

From London's new star shot, we hereby offer Bimber Single Malt Whiskey There has been a huge amount of attention to the London-based Bimber Distillery since their first release in 2019. This attention is not least due to the unusual approach to the production of their whiskey, which is of course reflected in the taste of their bottlings. This single cask whiskey is called sherry cask, and is matured in an oak barrel which has previously contained sherry of the Pedro Ximenez type. It gives a direct sherry character and contributes with a great fullness and lots of sweetness.
