Tasting notes

Nose: Complex and elegant with notes of dried fruit, honey, polished oak, old leather binding and a hint of wax and orange peel.
Flavor: Rich and sophisticated. Ripe fruits, sherry notes, dark caramel, spices and deep oak character blend beautifully.
Finish: Very long and harmonious with warm spices, dry cocoa, wood and a lingering sweetness.
